The Sites bring together job seekers or interns, students, individuals, business people, employers or organizations.
“Candidate”: A candidate is a person who provides personal information on the Web Site for the purpose of applying for one or more job or internship offers from employers or recruiters. For the purposes of this policy, the word candidate includes job seeker, internship seeker, student, individual, as well as visitor interested by an employer.
“Employer”: An employer is a natural or legal person who posts job offers on the Website and is actively seeking qualified candidates to fill one or more internships or jobs.
“User”: A user is a candidate, an employer, a partner (company, institutional partner), a recruiter, a recruitment consultant, a promoter or one of their representatives, who uses the Site to participate in a recruitment or networking activity.

These may include invitations to apply, upcoming events, learning opportunities and other professional development opportunities.
When you register on the Site, we will share your Profile information with the employer or recruiter who posted the job and with those who have access to the Site. This information will be accompanied by any documents or media attached to your Profile that you have included with your application, such as a cover letter or resume. When you update the information on your Profile, it is this updated information that becomes visible. The employer or recruiter will be able to share your Profile information, including a link to your Profile and other information included with your application. If you modify your Profile information while the link is active, the updated information will be visible to the recipient.

COMMUNICATING INFORMATION TO EMPLOYERS, RECRUITERS AND LANDLORDS
We share your profile information with employers, partners, recruiters and users of the Job Site. We will not share your personal information with any other person and we will not sell your personal data to third parties outside the framework of the Site.
When information is communicated to employers of the Website, we ensure that we obtain commitments from them to use this data only for the purpose of the recruitment targeted by the Website. When information is communicated to another user (recruiter or recruitment consultant), we obtain undertakings from them that they will only use this data in the performance of their duties in connection with the Website.
